I have been instructing fitness for 7 years now, 4 of them as a personal trainer. I love sporting activities taking part in a number of sports. I represented south east England basketball team when I was 16 and played for Sussex getting the opportunity to play abroad. When I turned 22 I took up kickboxing and muay thai which I train and compete in.
What do you eat for energy before a class?
Fruit salad or chicken and rice. Feel free to cook me some up and bring into class!
What music can we expect in your classes?
A mixture of high energy dance, electro and hip hop.
What motivates you to train hard?
Why did you become a bootcamp instructor?
Because I have always been active and enjoy the amazing feeling of helping people achieve their goals.
What is your favourite thing about Boxercise Bootcamp?
The whole vibe I get from the classes and the individuals you meet. A fantastic team of friendly people.
Do you have a favourite class to teach?
I love classes with a fighting element to them so Boxercise and anything that is a bit crazy and full of energy.
What do you get up to when you’re not instructing at Boxercise Bootcamp?
Chilling with friends, training hard and eating good clean food.
